Welcome to QaseemFM. These Terms of Service govern your use of the QaseemFM website and the music, qalaams, nasheeds, videos, and other content made available through the platform.
By accessing or using QaseemFM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you purchase digital content through QaseemFM, you also agree to the Digital Purchases and Downloads terms set out below.
1. About QaseemFM
QaseemFM is an online platform that creates, publishes, aggregates, and promotes original Islamic music, qalaams, nasheeds, spiritual poetry, and related audio and video content.
QaseemFM operates as the customer-facing brand and digital platform. Purchases and payments made through QaseemFM are processed by PC Watch Consulting CC.
As a result, PC Watch Consulting CC may appear on payment records, transaction confirmations, receipts, or communications relating to purchases made through QaseemFM.

2. Use of the Website
QaseemFM is provided primarily for personal, educational, inspirational, and non-commercial use.
You may browse the website and stream publicly available content without creating an account.
You agree not to:

QaseemFM may make selected audio recordings and other digital content available for purchase and download through the website.
By purchasing digital content from QaseemFM, you agree to the terms in this section in addition to the other provisions of these Terms of Service.
4.1 Personal-Use Licence
A digital purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased content for your personal use.
Purchasing digital content does not transfer ownership of the copyright or other intellectual property rights in that content.
You may not:
- Share or distribute the purchased digital file to another person.
- Upload the purchased file to another website, platform, file-sharing service, or public storage service.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially distribute the purchased file.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any applicable download restrictions or other technical measures used to protect purchased content.
4.2 Download Limit

There is currently no fixed limit on the number of times you may download a purchased digital file through your QaseemFM account, provided your purchase remains valid and the file remains available.
QaseemFM may introduce reasonable download limits or other measures in the future to protect purchased content, prevent misuse, and maintain the security and availability of the service. Any applicable limits will be communicated through our website or updated Digital Download Terms.
QaseemFM may record download activity for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and assistance with legitimate download problems.
4.3 Digital Content and Refunds
Digital content is supplied electronically and cannot ordinarily be returned once it has been supplied or accessed.
QaseemFM does not ordinarily provide refunds for a change of mind after purchased digital content has been supplied or accessed.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.

If a technical issue prevents you from accessing purchased digital content, please contact QaseemFM through our Contact Page for assistance.
4.5 Account Responsibility
Digital purchases and download entitlements are associated with the account used to make the purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for preventing unauthorised use of your account and download entitlement.
Verification codes are confidential and should not be disclosed to another person. QaseemFM will not ask you to provide a purchase verification code by replying to an email.
4.6 Prices, Merchant and Payment
The price and currency applicable to a digital purchase will be displayed before you complete the transaction. Any applicable promotion or voucher discount will be shown as part of the order summary before payment.
QaseemFM purchases and payments are processed by PC Watch Consulting CC. PC Watch Consulting CC may therefore appear as the merchant, payment recipient, transaction reference, or related business name on payment records and confirmations.
Payment may be processed using an external payment service provider. The availability of individual payment methods may change from time to time.
A browser redirect or payment-success page does not by itself constitute confirmation that payment has been received. Access to purchased digital content is provided only after successful payment has been confirmed through the applicable payment processing system.
4.7 Purchase Verification and Fraud Prevention
As part of the checkout process, you may be required to complete additional steps before payment can proceed. These steps may include account or email verification, security checks, fraud-prevention checks, or other measures reasonably required to validate and protect the transaction.
Depending on the outcome of these checks, QaseemFM may require additional verification, temporarily delay the transaction, refer the purchase for review, or decline the purchase where a security, fraud-prevention, account, geographic, or verification requirement has not been satisfied.
Where verification is required, a one-time verification code may be sent to the email address associated with your account.
4.8 Transaction and Download Records
QaseemFM may maintain records relating to purchases, payment confirmations, acceptance of Digital Download Terms, account verification, fraud-prevention decisions, and downloads.
These records may include transaction references, dates and times, account identifiers, the version of the terms accepted, IP addresses, browser or device information, payment status, and download activity.
Such records may be used for transaction administration, security, fraud prevention, customer support, the investigation or resolution of payment disputes, and the enforcement of any applicable download restrictions.
The collection and processing of personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Platforms and Services
QaseemFM may display, embed, or integrate content and services provided by third-party platforms, including YouTube and TikTok.
These third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and platform rules. QaseemFM does not control how these platforms independently process information when users interact with their services.
6. TikTok Integration
QaseemFM may use TikTok APIs and platform features to display and manage content associated with our official TikTok presence, including videos and related publicly available information or engagement data.
The TikTok integration is used in connection with QaseemFM's own content and official social media activities.
